Title Agents are required to collect the policy guarantee fee for each owners and loan (mortgagee) policy issued and remit that quarterly to TTIGA.  The amount of the fee is set by TTIGA's Board of Directors and currently is $2.00 per policy.

The fees are due on the first day of the month following each calendar quarter.  Per the Title Manual rules, the remittance must be postmarked ON OR BEFORE the Due Date.  If the Due Date falls on a weekend or Holiday, the fees must still be postmarked BEFORE the Due Date.  The Due Dates are:

Your remittance should be submitted on one form, with one form of payment, and no backup is required.  USE OF AN OLD FORM OR THE WRONG FORM MAY DELAY PROCESSING OR IT MAY BE REJECTED.
